The Joint Commission Public Notice

To ensure the highest quality health care for our patients, Baltimore Washington Medical Center regularly participates in a national accreditation process conducted by The Joint Commission.

The Joint Commission is an independent, not for profit organization that sets standards for measuring health care quality and safety, and the safety of the environment in which that care is provided.
